Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you give us in the introduction request: the type and size of your company, the subject you bring us, the timing you have in mind, your name, email address and company and, if you wish, who introduced you and a note.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and, if you want to, prepare a first meeting. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Who sees it

The three partners only. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted. If a contract follows, the legal retention periods for contracts apply.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy, by writing to us at JMORCOS, 39 route des Fusillés de la Résistance, 92150 Suresnes, France. We answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and outside resources

The site sets no cookies. It only remembers your light or dark display choice in your browser (local storage), which never leaves your device.

Photographs load from Wikimedia Commons and, on some case pages, typefaces load from Google Fonts. Like any web request, this sends your IP address to those services.
